Privacy information for our moving estimate tools
Safe Movers uses the information you submit to assess a move, compare available public website statements when requested, and respond to your enquiry. This notice describes the information submitted through our online quotation and company-comparison tools.
Information you send to Safe Movers
When you request a photo estimate, you may give us your name, phone, email, pickup and delivery areas, proposed moving date, move details and photographs of furniture or property access. The quote-request endpoint emails those details and attached photographs to Safe Movers' nominated business mailbox. Submitted photos can remain in that mailbox and any backups until they are deleted according to the business's policies.
Optional photo analysis
If you separately agree to photo analysis and select Preview, the images and the move details are transmitted to a third-party photo-analysis service through a server-side integration. This is optional. You can still send your photos to Safe Movers for a human-reviewed quote without running that analysis. Avoid including people, identifying documents or sensitive details in photographs.
Comparison of other companies' websites
When you select and submit a company's public URL, the Safe Movers server requests that publicly accessible page and looks for limited, explicitly stated service information. Public website text is not a private quote. The names, links and findings you submit with your quote request can be included in your enquiry email.
Analytics and contact
The website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and enquiries. Safe Movers may need to retain enquiry emails to respond, resolve disputes or meet legal requirements. Estimates are indicative only; never upload banking, identity or other sensitive documents. Only submit photographs you have permission to share.
